DoohClick Launches CRM Built for OOH Media Owners

2026-10-07 · via DailyDOOH

DoohClick has released a CRM platform built specifically for out-of-home media owners, aiming to close the gap between sales tracking and the operational work of running a campaign. For operators and sales teams juggling separate systems for contacts, inventory and billing, the pitch is one platform that connects all three.

According to the company, most CRM systems are built around a generic sales funnel that stops tracking once a deal is marked won. Jonas Glad, DoohClick's CEO and co-founder, says that approach does not match how OOH businesses actually operate, since a booking still has to move through inventory, scheduling, delivery, reporting and invoicing after the sale closes. DoohClick says its CRM was built by a team with more than 20 years of OOH experience, with the goal of keeping the customer relationship connected to that full process.

The core complaint DoohClick is addressing is a familiar one in ad tech generally: CRM tools track contacts and opportunities, but sit apart from the systems that check availability, confirm bookings and manage delivery. That gap, the company says, tends to produce duplicate data entry and manual handovers between sales and operations teams working from different information.

What the CRM does

DoohClick CRM gives sales staff a view of accounts, contacts, meetings and follow-ups alongside active proposals, confirmed bookings, live inventory and revenue performance in a single interface. It is also built to reflect how OOH buying actually works, allowing media owners to link brand clients with the media agencies and buying desks that represent them, so spend history stays consistent even when buying relationships shift.

The platform supports revenue targets set at the client, individual rep, or team level, with live pacing reports comparing actual order value against those targets. The company says this is meant to help managers spot accounts falling behind or flag growth opportunities. Other features include company lookup through Dun & Bradstreet data, configurable inactivity alerts, historical spend comparisons, and bulk reassignment of client portfolios when sales territories change.

What it means for operators

For media owners already running the broader DoohClick platform, the CRM is an added module rather than a standalone product, which lowers the integration burden compared to bolting on a third-party CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot. DoohClick says selected existing customers will get a three-month free trial, though the announcement does not say when the wider rollout happens, what it costs outside the trial period, or how it handles data migration from CRMs operators may already be using.

The announcement does not address how this compares directly on price or feature depth to other OOH-specific sales tools on the market, so operators evaluating it will need to weigh that themselves.

DoohClick CRM Built Specifically For #OOH

DoohClick has launched a new CRM designed specifically for Out-of-Home media owners.

Jonas Glad , CEO and co-founder of DoohClick told us “Most CRM systems are built around a generic sales funnel. We started with the reality of running an OOH business. In our industry, the work doesn’t stop when an opportunity is marked as won. The booking still has to move through inventory, scheduling, delivery, reporting and invoicing. By building the CRM from inside OOH, we’ve been able to connect the customer relationship with everything that happens next.”

DoohClick CRM brings customer relationships, pipeline management and sales performance into the same platform used to manage inventory and campaigns.

Developed by a team with more than 20 years’ experience in OOH, the CRM has been shaped around how media owners actually sell and manage their inventory. It connects the customer relationship with the full journey from initial proposal through to booking, campaign delivery and revenue.

Most CRM systems can track contacts and opportunities but sit separately from the operational tools used to check availability, confirm bookings and deliver campaigns. This can lead to duplicate data entry, manual handovers and different teams working from different information.

With DoohClick CRM, sales teams can manage accounts, contacts, meetings and follow-ups while seeing active proposals, confirmed bookings, live inventory and revenue performance.

The CRM also reflects the relationships involved in OOH buying. Brand clients can be connected with media agencies and independent buying desks, allowing media owners to maintain a consistent customer and spend history when buying relationships change.

Teams can set revenue targets for clients, individual sales representatives or the wider sales team. Live pacing reports show actual order value against those targets, helping salespeople identify accounts that are falling behind or presenting an opportunity for growth.

Additional capabilities include company lookup using verified Dun & Bradstreet information, configurable inactivity alerts and historical reporting that compares client spend over time. Sales managers can also reassign client portfolios in bulk when team responsibilities change.

DoohClick CRM is available as part of the wider DoohClick platform. Selected DoohClick customers will be invited to trial the CRM free for three months.
