Encompass Media Group to Sell FRAMEN's WeWork DOOH Network
2026-09-30 · via DailyDOOH
Encompass Media Group has struck a deal to sell advertising on FRAMEN's WeWork digital out-of-home network, giving U.S. advertisers a route into shared office spaces alongside the company's existing place-based media portfolio.
The network in question covers 639 digital screens across 139 WeWork locations, according to the companies. Encompass Media Group says the screens reach roughly two million visitors a year and sit in entrance areas, elevators, community spaces, kitchens and hallways rather than in a single fixed location per site.
FRAMEN struck its own deal to enter the U.S. market through WeWork in July 2025, and this arrangement with Encompass Media Group is how that inventory reaches the ad-buying side. Encompass Media Group is acting as the sales representative, folding WeWork's screens into what it describes as a broader workplace media offering.
What operators and buyers get
The pitch here is dwell time and audience quality rather than screen count. Encompass Media Group cites an audience with an average household income of $121,000 and an average age of 39, made up of executives, entrepreneurs, freelancers, consultants, remote workers and startup teams. Typical dwell time inside WeWork locations runs from three to nine hours, which the company says allows a single visitor to be exposed to a campaign multiple times during a workday rather than once in passing.
According to the announcement, advertisers can run both static and video creative, apply data-driven targeting, and measure results including attention, recall, sales and footfall impact. The release does not say what measurement partner or technology underpins those claims, nor does it name specific advertisers or categories already running on the network.
Where this fits
Workplace DOOH is a smaller category than retail or transit out-of-home, but it has been getting more attention as networks look for premium, low-clutter environments with long dwell times. Coworking spaces in particular offer operators a captive, white-collar audience without the competition for attention found in malls or airports. This deal is notable less for the screen count, which is modest by DOOH standards, than for what it signals: established place-based sales houses like Encompass Media Group are actively adding coworking inventory to their offering rather than treating it as a niche add-on.
The announcement does not disclose pricing, minimum spend, or how the WeWork inventory will be packaged alongside Encompass Media Group's other place-based properties. It also does not specify hardware, player software, or content management systems used across the 639 screens, details that would matter to anyone assessing the technical side of the network.

Encompass Media Group has announced a partnership with FRAMEN to bring FRAMEN-managed digital out-of-home inventory in WeWork locations to U.S. advertisers **, adding a premium workplace environment to Encompass Media Group’s growing portfolio of place-based out-of-home media.
Through its partnership with FRAMEN, Encompass Media Group is making the WeWork DOOH Network available to advertisers as part of its broader workplace media offering.
The network includes 639 digital screens across 139 WeWork locations and reaches approximately two million visitors annually. Screens are positioned throughout the workplace environment, including entrance areas, elevators, community spaces, kitchens and hallways.
The collaboration gives advertisers access to a professional audience that includes executives, entrepreneurs, freelancers, consultants, remote workers and startup teams. The network’s audience profile has an average household income of $121,000 and an average age of 39.
“WeWork brings together a highly valuable professional audience in an environment where people are spending meaningful time throughout the day,” said Don Winter , Co-CEO of Encompass Media Group. “For advertisers, that creates an opportunity to build frequency and visibility within the workday itself”.
Typical dwell time within WeWork locations ranges from three to nine hours, giving campaigns the opportunity to reach audiences multiple times as people move throughout the space. Advertisers can run both static and video creative, apply data-driven targeting and campaign controls, and measure outcomes including attention, recall, sales and footfall impact.
The addition of FRAMEN-managed workplace inventory further expands Encompass Media Group’s ability to connect advertisers with consumers in environments beyond traditional out-of-home placements. By working with FRAMEN, Encompass Media Group can offer advertisers access to workplace audiences during a significant portion of their daily routine while continuing to expand its portfolio of contextual, place-based media opportunities.
** FRAMEN announced its expansion into the U.S. market through a strategic partnership with WeWork back in July 2025 .
