Korbyt to Hold First Partner and Customer Event at Dallas HQ
2026-10-06 · via DailyDOOH
Korbyt plans to hold its first partner and customer conference, called Korbyt Connect 2026, on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at the company's headquarters in Addison, Texas. For integrators and end users who run Korbyt's digital signage and space management software, the event is a chance to get direct access to the company's leadership and a look at where its product roadmap is heading, rather than relying on webinars or reseller updates.
According to the announcement, the headquarters building itself has been renovated to serve as a showcase for Korbyt's products, which suggests the company wants the venue to function as a live demo environment rather than just a meeting space.
The agenda runs from noon to 7pm CDT. It opens with remarks from CEO Andrew Robson and VP of Global Partnerships Andrew Gildin, followed by a product roadmap discussion led by Chief Product Officer Travis Kemp and Senior Director of Product Max Guerrero. That session is likely to be the one operators and integrators care about most, since it should indicate what features and integrations are coming next.
Korbyt is also building in a training component. The event includes a two-part hands-on Korbyt Academy Essentials session that qualifies for AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist renewal unit credits. That is a practical draw for AV technicians and integrators who need continuing education credits and would otherwise have to find them elsewhere.
The day also includes a State of the Industry panel with Korbyt partners and closes with a vendor showcase and happy hour. Sponsors listed in the announcement include Crestron as Platinum Sponsor, with BrightSign, NEAT, Avocor and Sony Professional Display Solutions as Gold Sponsors, alongside unnamed systems integrator and technology partners. That sponsor list points to the hardware ecosystem Korbyt is positioning itself within: control systems, media players, video conferencing hardware and commercial displays.
Robson is quoted in the announcement saying the event reflects investment the company is making in its customer and partner relationships as it grows. The release does not say how many attendees are expected, what it costs to attend, or whether sessions will be recorded for those who cannot travel to Texas.
For a company running its first event of this kind, the format looks conventional: leadership keynote, roadmap preview, certified training, partner panel and a vendor expo. What is notably absent from the announcement is any detail on specific product announcements planned for the roadmap session, so attendees and partners will have to wait until October to learn what, if anything, is new.
