LSKD Deploys Fusion Signage Across 36 Stores, Scales Up at Armadale Flagship
2026-10-27 · via DailyDOOH
Australian activewear brand LSKD has built a retail store around digital signage rather than around product shelving, running three different display technologies off a single Fusion Signage platform at its Armadale location. For operators managing multi-screen retail estates, this is a working example of combining projection, LED fitting-room screens and shopfront LED under one CMS rather than running them as separate systems.
According to the announcement, LSKD operates 36 stores across Australia, from the Sunshine Coast to Hobart to Claremont in Western Australia, all running Fusion Signage. The company uses multiple Fusion Signage Advanced licences to manage a mix of projectors, portrait and landscape screens, and LED displays. Point-of-sale screens, fitting-room LED, shopfront window displays and projectors in the men's and women's sections are all managed through the same interface.
The Armadale store is described as the company's most ambitious build to date. Macauley Ryan, Store Development Manager for LSKD, said the brand wanted the store itself to function as brand content, using projection for brand videos and athlete-profile episodes, in-wall bay-mounted LED for product, and a large shopfront LED facing High Street.
What the platform is actually doing
Strip away the branding language and the operational claims are about speed and centralised control. LSKD says product imagery is swapped for new drops, pricing and promotions update across every screen when a sale goes live, and the shopfront LED is kept in sync with whatever campaign is running online. The workflow described: content teams create an asset, upload it, and schedule it to a specific screen or group of screens, with previews before go-live and automatic triggers for flash sales. All of this is managed remotely, without anyone needing to be on site.
That remote, group-based scheduling is standard territory for established CMS platforms, so the news value here is less about new functionality and more about scale of adoption inside a single retailer. Running three distinct display technologies in one store under one system is not common in Australian specialty retail, where the release says most stores still rely on a screen or two.
James Ingram, Managing Director and Co-Owner of Fusion Signage, framed LSKD as a reference case for retailers with bigger ambitions, saying the brand has adopted multiple technologies to bring its brand to life through one interface.
Supply chain and what's missing
LSKD's licences were supplied through Muir Electrical and The Good Guys, with DATMEDIA providing the hardware. The announcement does not specify screen counts, pricing, or technical details on the LED and projector models used at Armadale. It also does not say what the "big digital plans for the future" involving Fusion Signage and DATMEDIA actually entail. LSKD began using Fusion Signage in 2024 and has been converting older sites to the platform since.

LSKD Turns Armadale Store Into Brand Content
Australian activewear brand LSKD has built its most ambitious retail environment to date around Fusion Signage digital signage software , turning the store itself into a piece of brand content rather than a room that happens to hold product.
LSKD runs 36 stores with digital signage powered by Fusion Signage across Australia from the Sunshine Coast to Hobart to Claremont in Western Australia. The company now operates a mix of projectors, portrait and landscape screens and LED displays powered by multiple Fusion Signage Advanced licences. Screens sit at point-of-sale counters, LED displays are fitted in fitting rooms, shopfront screens carry window displays and projectors run in the men’s and women’s sections.
The brand had been working with Fusion Signage in their 36 stores for some time before the launch of its new store design at LSKD Armadale gave it a reason to scale up.
“We wanted the store itself to feel like a piece of our brand content, so we brought our brand videos and 1% better episodes to life through an elevated projection on the wall, showcased product with in-wall bay-mounted LED screens and installed a large shopfront LED to catch the eye of everyone walking down High Street. Everything we do ties back to LSKD Value 5/6, move fast and break stuff, fail forward, dare to think differently, nothing is impossible. We are a fast-moving brand and that demands the same agility from our marketing team. So our main requirements were straightforward: deliver high impact, inspiring, branded content and have the ability to move quickly whenever promotions or campaigns change.” said Macauley Ryan , Store Development Manager for LSKD.
That combination is unusual in Australian specialty retail, where most stores still rely on a single screen or two. LSKD’s Armadale site runs three distinct display technologies under one management system and each one does a different job.
LSKD’s requirements were drawn directly from its own operating principles.
That demand for speed is where the platform earns its place. “The team’s feedback has been epic regarding the ability to schedule, change and load new content, as well as the ease of connecting Fusion Signage to our many different digital displays,” Ryan said.
Day to day, the work covers ground that older signage systems handled poorly. Product imagery is swapped to match new drops or restocks, pricing and promotional messaging is updated across every screen the moment a sale goes live, fresh athlete episodes are loaded and the shopfront LED is kept in step with whatever is happening online, so in-store and e-commerce always feel like the same campaign.
The workflow is deliberately short. Content and marketing teams create an asset, upload it and schedule it to the specific screen or group of screens it needs to reach, whether that is the shopfront LED, the LED bays showcasing product or the projection wall. Content can be previewed before it goes live, set to trigger automatically at a set time for flash sales and drop moments and managed remotely without anyone needing to be on site at Armadale.
LSKD’s stores are built around a community rather than a transaction and the signage supports that intent. The brand’s 1% better episodes, which profile the athletes it works with, run across the screens as ongoing content rather than campaign filler.
For James Ingram , Managing Director and Co-Owner of Fusion Signage, LSKD illustrates how Fusion Signage adds value to retailers with a big vision. “LSKD has done an amazing job of adopting multiple technologies to bring their brand to life, running projection, in-wall LED and shopfront LED off one interface,” Ingram said. “Their marketing team has an amazing vision and we are excited and proud to be a part of bringing it to life for them. We can’t wait to see where the partnership goes.”
LSKD’s Fusion Signage licences were supplied through Muir Electrical and The Good Guys , with DATMEDIA providing the hardware. The brand has big digital plans for the future, with Fusion Signage and DATMEDIA assisting.
LSKD began using Fusion Signage in 2024 and has continued to add screens and locations since, including converting older sites to the platform.
