LSKD Uses Fusion Signage to Blend Projection, LED and CMS in Retail Store

Australian activewear brand LSKD has built out a multi-technology digital signage deployment at its Armadale store, running projection, shopfront LED and in-wall LED bays from a single content management platform supplied by Fusion Signage. For operators juggling mismatched hardware across store estates, the case is a reminder that unifying different display types under one CMS is achievable without a custom build for each technology.
LSKD operates 36 stores across Australia, from the Sunshine Coast to Hobart to Claremont in Western Australia, according to a press release from Fusion Signage. The retailer began working with the company in 2024 and has since expanded the rollout, including converting older store sites to the platform.
The store mix includes screens at point-of-sale counters, LED displays in fitting rooms, shopfront screens for window displays and projectors in the men's and women's sections. At the Armadale location on High Street, the company combined all three formats: a projection wall for brand video, in-wall bay-mounted LED screens for product, and a large shopfront LED aimed at foot traffic.
"We wanted the store itself to feel like a piece of our brand content," Macauley Ryan, store development manager for LSKD, said in the release.
How content moves across formats
According to the release, LSKD's marketing and content teams create assets, upload them and schedule them to specific screens or screen groups, whether that is the shopfront LED, the product LED bays or the projection wall. Content can be previewed before going live and set to trigger automatically for flash sales or product drops. Updates are managed remotely, without anyone needing to be on site.
Ryan said pricing and promotional messaging update across every screen the moment a sale goes live, and the shopfront LED is kept aligned with whatever the brand is running online. "Content that would have taken a developer or installer days to update now takes us minutes," Ryan said in the release.
James Ingram, managing director and co-owner of Fusion Signage, credited LSKD's marketing team with the store concept, saying the company was "excited and proud to be a part of bringing it to life for them."
The release does not specify the screen or projector models used, the size of the shopfront LED, or what the conversion of older stores to the platform involved technically. It also does not say how many of the 36 stores currently run the full three-format setup seen at Armadale versus a simpler screen deployment. For retailers evaluating similar projects, those gaps matter: running projection, LED video walls and standard displays off one CMS is a different integration challenge than managing screens of a single type, and the case study does not detail what that took on the back end.

Australian activewear brand LSKD has turned one of its stores into a piece of brand content, rather than a room that happens to hold product, using digital signage from Fusion Signage, a digital signage software provider based in Australia.
LSKD runs 36 stores with digital signage powered by Fusion Signage across Australia from the Sunshine Coast to Hobart to Claremont in Western Australia, according to a press release.
LSKD began using Fusion Signage in 2024 and has continued to add screens and locations since, including converting older sites to the platform.
The company runs a mix of projectors, portrait and landscape screens and LED displays. Screens sit at point-of-sale counters, LED displays are fitted in fitting rooms, shopfront screens carry window displays and projectors run in the men's and women's sections.
The brand had been working with Fusion Signage for some time before the launch of its store design at the LSKD Armadale store.
"We wanted the store itself to feel like a piece of our brand content, so we brought our brand videos to life through an elevated projection on the wall, showcased product with in-wall bay-mounted LED screens and installed a large shopfront LED to catch the eye of everyone walking down High Street," Macauley Ryan, store development manager for LSKD, said in the release.
LSKD's Armadale site runs three display technologies under one management system and each one does a different job
Product imagery is swapped to match new drops or restocks, pricing and promotional messaging is updated across every screen the moment a sale goes live, fresh athlete episodes are loaded and the shopfront LED is kept in step with whatever is happening online, so in-store and e-commerce always feel like the same campaign.
Content and marketing teams create an asset, upload it and schedule it to the specific screen or group of screens it needs to reach, whether that is the shopfront LED, the LED bays showcasing product or the projection wall.
Content can be previewed before it goes live, set to trigger automatically at a set time for flash sales and drop moments and managed remotely without anyone needing to be on site at Armadale.
"The turnaround on changes is a big differentiator and it is the real wow factor," Ryan said in the release. "Content that would have taken a developer or installer days to update now takes us minutes. Walking down the High Street and seeing that large shopfront LED stop people in their tracks turns the store into a piece of brand content before anyone has even walked in."
"LSKD has done an amazing job of adopting multiple technologies to bring their brand to life, running projection, in-wall LED and shopfront LED off one interface. Their marketing team has an amazing vision and we are excited and proud to be a part of bringing it to life for them. We can't wait to see where the partnership goes," James Ingram, managing director and co-owner of Fusion Signage, said in the release.
