Navori Labs has launched Qompose, a new digital signage platform the company says goes beyond a traditional content management system by combining CMS functions with an ad server, analytics, automation and AI tools in one package. For operators evaluating their next CMS, it signals where vendors think the category is heading: away from pure scheduling and playout, toward platforms that also sell ad inventory and report on audience impact.

According to the announcement, Qompose lets users connect existing systems and data sources, automate content based on real-world conditions, deploy AI to simplify operations, manage ad campaigns, and measure the impact of on-screen content. Navori says customers can run it as a complete solution, bolt it onto existing technology, or use it as a foundation to build their own applications.

What's in the platform

The release lists several components. There's an "AI-first" architecture meant to let partners connect their own AI tools and agents, with natural-language interaction and on-demand reporting from any device. Navori also points to a growing library of pre-built connectors to third-party platforms and data sources, aimed at getting live content onto screens without custom development work.

On the monetisation side, Qompose includes a native ad server that Navori says is built to maximise revenue across networks, including mixed-use screen estates, with automated pacing against budget and airtime priorities. That puts Navori in territory also occupied by DOOH ad-tech vendors that have been adding signage-adjacent tools, and signals the company wants operators managing both brand content and paid campaigns from one system rather than stitching together a CMS and a separate ad platform.

The platform also includes a CMS and design tool, out-of-the-box reporting and analytics tying audience metrics to content playback, a "universal playback engine" for handling complex edge execution on smart players, and a developer toolkit for building custom apps and interfaces.

What's missing

The announcement does not specify pricing, licensing tiers, hardware compatibility, or a rollout timeline beyond the launch itself. It also does not detail which third-party platforms are already supported through the connector library, how the ad server handles yield measurement or verification, or what "audience metrics" are drawn from in the analytics suite. Operators considering a migration will want those specifics before comparing Qompose against incumbent CMS and ad-serving tools already in their stack.

Navori Labs chief executive Jeffrey Weitzman said managing content is "only the starting point" and that businesses want simpler operations, automation, better system integration and measurable results. Chief product officer Jason Cremins said the company built Qompose to be "truly composable" after hearing from partners that other CMS tools were not meeting the needs of modern signage networks.

Qompose allows users to connect existing systems and data, automate experiences, deploy AI to simplify operations, manage ad campaigns and measure the impact of their on-screen experience.

Navori Labs has launched a digital signage platform built from the ground up for intelligent screen networks.

Qompose is more than a traditional content management system (CMS), providing organisations and technology partners with a single platform that allows users to connect existing systems and data; automate experiences based on real-world conditions; use AI to simplify operations; manage ad campaigns; and measure the impact of their on-screen experience.

Customers can use Qompose as a complete solution, integrate it with existing technology, or deploy it as a foundation to build and deliver their own applications.

AI-first architecture that opens screen networks to the AI tools and agents that partners and customers already use. Qompose lets users interact in natural language and create reports on demand from their AI tool of choice, from any device.

A growing library of ready-to-use connectors to third-party platforms and data sources, so live content and information reach every screen without custom development.

A simple yet powerful CMS and Designer, reimagined to create bespoke signage experiences.

Native Ad Server that maximises revenues from every screen, including mixed-use networks. Users can automate and pace ad distribution against priorities such as budget and airtime.

Out-of-the-box detailed reporting and analytics, attributing audience metrics to content playback.

Smart players with a universal playback engine to handle complex edge execution.

A complete developer toolkit to build and deploy apps, integrate with other solutions, and design custom interfaces.

‘More than a CMS’ Navori Labs chief executive Jeffrey Weitzman said: “Qompose is more than a CMS. Managing content is only the starting point. Businesses expect more from their screen networks.

“They want simpler operations, greater automation, better integration with their systems, and measurable business results. We built Qompose to bring all this together in one unified platform.”

Jason Cremins, chief product officer at Navori Labs, added: “Hearing from our global partner network and customers, there is a need for a platform that is truly composable and designed to work with the systems our users already work with. Other CMS tools weren’t meeting the requirements of modern signage networks.

“APIs and modular components allow Qompose to connect with existing technology and data, while giving customers a path to introduce new capabilities as their requirements change.”
