Polywall Launches Stages Platform for Touch Walls and Video Walls

Polywall has launched Stages, a software platform that converts operational data into interactive visual content for touch walls, video walls and boardroom panels. The company says it is aimed at the gap between static dashboards and content built by agencies, a problem anyone running a briefing centre, experience centre or control room will recognize.
According to Polywall, Stages takes inputs such as operational metrics, infrastructure maps, event timelines and geospatial feeds and builds an interactive visual data model from them. Users navigate the content with touch gestures, zooming in and exploring data on the fly rather than clicking through a fixed set of dashboard screens or slides.
The platform is built for on-premise deployment, which Polywall says means sensitive operational data does not leave the customer's network. That matters for the control room and situation center customers the product is pitched at, where data sensitivity and network isolation are often non-negotiable procurement requirements.
Stages is designed to work two ways: as a self-service exploration tool for independent users, and as a presentation aid in guided storytelling, where the platform handles the visual data and a human presenter handles the narrative. Ivan Romashko, head of consulting and sales at Polywall, said customers had told the company they had invested in touch walls and boardroom displays only to end up running static dashboards or PowerPoint decks on them. "The hardware was ready, but the experience wasn't," he said. "Polywall Stages closes that gap."
What's not specified
The announcement does not say which touch wall or video wall hardware Stages is compatible with, what data sources or formats it ingests beyond the broad categories listed, or how it is licensed and priced. There is also no detail on deployment timelines, minimum hardware requirements, or how Stages differs technically from existing boardroom visualization or data storytelling tools already on the market.
For operators of briefing spaces and control rooms already running Polywall touch wall hardware, Stages looks like an attempt to extend value from existing screen investments into the content layer, a space usually filled by custom agency builds or generic BI dashboards. Whether it genuinely closes that gap will depend on integration effort and cost, neither of which Polywall has disclosed. The company is running a webinar on October 29 to demonstrate the product.

Polywall Stages fills the gap between static dashboards and agency-built content by building visual data for touch panels from operational metrics, infrastructure maps and event timelines.
Polywall has introduced a solution that turns raw data into interactive touch-first stories.
Polywall Stages takes operational metrics, infrastructure maps, event timelines and geospatial feeds and builds an interactive visual data model around them.
The solution runs on touch walls, video walls and boardroom panels and is designed for briefing spaces, experience centres and control rooms, situation centers.
Touch-first interaction allows users to navigate, zoom in on and explore data with a single gesture. As deployment is on-premise, sensitive operational data never leaves the customer’s network.
Polywall Stages is designed for both independent exploration and guided storytelling. In presentation mode, it serves as a visual partner to the speaker, with the platform managing the data and the speaker managing the narrative.
Ivan Romashko, head of consulting and sales at Polywall, said: “We kept hearing the same story from our customers. They had invested in stunning touch walls and boardroom displays, but the content running on them was either a static dashboard or a PowerPoint deck.
“The hardware was ready, but the experience wasn’t. Polywall Stages closes that gap.”
