SNA Displays has installed a network of LED and LCD screens inside the sales gallery for Delano Residences & Hotel in Miami, a more than 400-unit condominium development on Biscayne Bay, according to a press release from the company. The project was built for developer Property Markets Group (PMG) and is meant to give prospective buyers a virtual walkthrough of the property before it exists.

The centerpiece is what SNA Displays calls the observation experience: a room with LED video covering all four walls and the floor. According to the release, the walls use a 1.5 mm Brilliant Interior product at roughly 7 feet 9 inches tall by 14 feet 9 inches wide (1,512 by 4,500 pixels), with a three-foot gap left for the entrance. The floor is a 2.5 mm Bold Interior LED display at approximately 14 feet 9 inches by 14 feet 9 inches (1,800 by 1,800 pixels). The company says the setup can switch between viewpoints such as the interior of a unit, an elevator ride, the fitness center, or an aerial view of Miami.

A separate apartment showroom uses a 1.5 mm dvLED display built into a wall to simulate balcony views from different floors of the building, measuring about 10 feet tall by 24 feet 7 inches wide (1,944 by 4,807 pixels). The sales gallery also includes an 11-foot by 19-foot 8-inch LED screen (2,160 by 3,840 pixels) running interactive 3D city models built from photogrammetric data, controlled through a tablet so sales staff can walk clients through renderings, sightlines, and amenities. That interactive software was developed by SmartPixel, which specializes in real estate visualization tools.

In the reception area, SNA Displays paired an LED video wall with a dozen LCD screens arranged in a mosaic, with touch integration handled by TSI Touch.

For signage integrators and operators, the project is a reminder that high-density LED is increasingly showing up outside retail and stadium contexts, in bespoke experiential builds for real estate and luxury sales environments where budgets support fine pixel pitches (1.5 mm and 2.5 mm here) and multi-surface installs. The release does not disclose cost, installation timeline, content management platform beyond SmartPixel's software, or how the various displays are networked and controlled day to day, details an integrator evaluating a similar build would want.

Ryan Shear, managing partner at PMG, said in the release that SNA Displays executed the project on time and on budget. Jake Indyk, senior director of investment strategy at SNA Displays, said the installation represents an approach real estate developers can use to combine modeling tools with LED video for a fully immersive sales environment.

SNA Displays partnered with real estate developer Property Markets Group to build a video experience for the sales gallery of the Delano Residences & Hotel in Miami, Florida. The resort overlooking Biscayne Bay and South Beach will include more than 400 condominiums and is now offering a highly immersive virtual tour for prospective buyers, according to a press release.

The sales gallery features an integrated array of LED and LCD video solutions designed to enhance the experience and immerse potential buyers in the vision for the development. The highlight is the observation experience, a room outfitted with LED video on all walls and the floor, capable of fully immersing visitors in content-driven alternate realities.

At an instant, visitors can experience various points of view; for example, the inside of an available property, an elevator ride to another floor, the fitness center's layout, or a bird's-eye view of Miami. Each 1.5 mm Brilliant Interior wall measures approximately 7 foot by 9 inches tall x 14 foot and 9 inches wide (1,512 x 4,500 pixels), minus a three-foot gap for the entrance. The LED floor, a 2.5 mm Bold Interior display, measures approximately 14 foot by 9 inches x 14 foot and 9 inches (1,800 x 1,800).

"Working with the SNA team was the best tech experience we have had as a firm," Ryan Shear, managing partner for PMG, said in the release. "They executed our vision seamlessly and delivered on time and on budget. We are very fortunate to have them as a resource and partner in this space."

A 1.5 mm dvLED "balcony" display is integrated into the wall of an apartment showroom to provide realistic views from multiple vantage points throughout the Delano skyrise. The screen measures approximately 10 foot tall x 24 foot by 7 inches wide (1,944 x 4,807). The video network includes a screen in the demonstration center that shows interactive 3D models using photogrammetric city data. Using a tablet controller, clients can explore details such as building renderings, the surrounding area, expected views, amenities, media, and other key project details.

The software was created by SmartPixel, a real estate-focused experiential company that creates immersive visualization sales tools. The 1.5 mm sales gallery screen measures 11 foot tall x 19 foot and 8 inches wide (2,160 x 3,840). In the sales center's reception area, SNA Displays provided an LED video wall and worked with TSI Touch to integrate a dozen LCD screens of various sizes into the wall in a mosaic pattern.

"What PMG has created at the Delano Miami Sales Center represents the future of interactive real estate sales," Jake Indyk, senior director of investment strategy at SNA Displays, said in the release. "Combining advanced modeling tools with high-end LED video technology and a fully immersive space helps real estate developers explore creative possibilities they may not have even known existed."
