SNA Displays Fits Miami Condo Sales Gallery with Floor-to-Ceiling LED

SNA Displays has outfitted the sales gallery for Delano Residences & Hotel, a planned waterfront condominium development in downtown Miami, with a mix of LED and LCD hardware meant to sell units that do not exist yet. Developer Property Markets Group (PMG) is using the space to walk prospective buyers through the building and its views before construction finishes.
The project is a useful reference point for anyone specifying fine-pitch LED for experiential or real estate marketing spaces, since it stacks several product tiers and integration partners into one build.
The centerpiece, described as an "Observation Experience," wraps walls and floor in LED. The walls use SNA Displays' 1.5mm Brilliant Interior product. The floor, roughly 14 feet 9 inches square, uses the company's 2.5mm Bold Interior line, which SNA Displays says is built to take foot traffic. Content on the installation can simulate walking through a unit, viewing an amenity space, or looking down on Miami from above, according to the company.
A separate apartment showroom holds a roughly 10-foot by 24-foot-7-inch LED wall at 1.5mm pixel pitch, used to preview city and bay views from different residences. Alongside it, a tablet-driven interactive 3D model, built by real estate visualization firm Smartpixel, lets visitors inspect the building, streets, amenities and sightlines on a separate display.
At reception, SNA Displays worked with TSI Touch to build an LED wall in a gold-colored frame along with a mosaic of 12 LCD screens. Digital Dreams handled installation of the LED displays, and SNA Displays says it arranged an equipment lease for the project.
What it means for operators
The project sits in the real estate and experiential segment of the LED market rather than retail or corporate AV, but the specs are relevant to any integrator bidding fine-pitch interior work: sub-2mm wall product paired with a walkable sub-3mm floor product from the same manufacturer, plus third-party touch integration on a separate LCD mosaic. The announcement does not disclose pricing, the lease terms, or a timeline for when the physical Delano Residences & Hotel itself is expected to open. It also does not say how content is managed or updated across the different displays, which would matter to anyone running a similar space day to day.
PMG says the completed development will include more than 400 luxury condominiums. Until then, the sales gallery is the only way buyers can see the building at all.

Prospective buyers can explore the planned Delano Residences & Hotel through a room lined with LED walls and flooring, along with displays showing views from individual residences.
SNA Displays has supplied an array of LED and LCD screens for the sales gallery of Delano Residences & Hotel, a planned waterfront development in downtown Miami. Developer Property Markets Group (PMG) is using the space to show prospective buyers what the property and its surroundings could look like when construction is complete.
The centerpiece is an “Observation Experience” with LED on the walls and floor. Content can take visitors through a residence, show a proposed amenity, or present a bird’s-eye view of Miami. The walls use SNA Displays’ 1.5 millimeter Brilliant Interior LED, while the 14-foot-9-inch-square LED floor uses its 2.5 millimeter Bold Interior product, built to withstand foot traffic.

Another display presents interactive 3D models created by real estate visualization company Smartpixel. Using a tablet, visitors can examine the proposed building, nearby streets, amenities and views.
The sales gallery also has an LED wall set in a gold-colored frame at reception, where SNA Displays worked with TSI Touch to integrate 12 LCD screens in a mosaic. Digital Dreams installed the LED displays, and SNA Displays says it arranged an equipment lease for the project.
PMG plans to include more than 400 luxury condominiums in the completed Delano Residences & Hotel. For now, the sales gallery lets buyers explore spaces and views that they cannot yet visit in person.
