Tech Xpo 2026 will bring more than 60 exhibitors to Ascot Racecourse on 21-22 October, with digital signage and commercial display technology forming part of a wider AV showcase aimed at organisations under pressure to justify technology spend. The event is free to attend and organised around demonstrations rather than brochures, according to Midwich UK&I, which runs the show.

For signage operators, the relevant exhibitor list includes BrightSign, LG Electronics, Samsung Electronics, Sony and Legrand | AV, alongside headline sponsors Samsung and Hikvision.

BrightSign says it will demonstrate sensor-driven interactivity, edge AI, remote device management and synchronised display experiences, aimed at organisations running large and distributed signage networks. The company frames this around reducing the operational burden of managing multiple sites while letting content respond to audiences in real time. The announcement does not specify which hardware models or software version will be on the show floor.

LG Electronics will show webOS, all-in-one LED and Procentric, according to the release, with a focus on connected display ecosystems for retail and hospitality. LG says the showcase will also touch on content management, energy efficiency, operational costs, AI-powered displays and sustainability, though no specific products or launch details are given.

Sony will exhibit its S Series Crystal LED, A Series SRG cameras, P-Series 4K professional displays and unspecified new all-in-one technology, pitched at corporate, education, retail and stadia applications. Legrand | AV's showcase covers its wider ecosystem including Chief Forum Floor mounting for large displays and Middle Atlantic Intelligent Power for remote monitoring and energy optimisation, both relevant to operators managing display estates rather than signage software specifically.

Much of the rest of the event is oriented toward meeting-room and collaboration technology, including Biamp's Devio UCX, Neat's hybrid meeting hardware and Epson's EB-XQ2030B projector, none of which are signage products. That mix reflects Tech Xpo's positioning as a general AV integrator event rather than a signage-specific trade show.

Rachel Curson, experience and events manager at Midwich UK&I, said customers are asking harder questions about how technology investments save time, reduce complexity and deliver value after installation, and that the event is meant to move those conversations beyond marketing material.

For signage operators evaluating remote management or edge AI tools, Tech Xpo offers a chance to see BrightSign and LG's latest pitches alongside competing vendors in one place. The announcement does not mention pricing, specific new product launches tied to the show, or whether any exhibitors plan announcements timed to the event itself. Registration is available at www.technology-xposed.com.

Tech Xpo 2026, taking place at Ascot Racecourse on 21–22 October, will have more than 60 exhibitors as customers ask increasingly demanding questions about the technology they invest in.

With tighter budgets, stretched resources and increasing pressure to demonstrate ROI, technology investment is under greater scrutiny than ever. At Tech Xpo 2026, taking place at Ascot Racecourse on 21–22 October, visitors will be able to see how the latest technology is helping organisations tackle these challenges, from smarter workplaces and connected displays to AI, digital signage and more manageable AV estates.

More than 60 exhibitors will be showcasing their latest technologies and solutions at this year’s event, giving visitors the opportunity to see new products and live demonstrations, while speaking directly with the companies behind the technology about how their solutions could support upcoming customer projects.

Headline sponsors Samsung Electronics and Hikvision will return for this year’s event, alongside Biamp, Epson, LG Electronics, Neat, BrightSign, Legrand | AV, B-Tech AV Mounts, Sony, Logitech, Mersive Technologies and iiyama International as supporting event sponsors.

Biamp will showcase Devio UCX and Workplace Control, demonstrating how bringing more of the workplace experience together in a single ecosystem can help reduce complexity across projects involving multiple technologies, suppliers and platforms.

Epson will demonstrate its EB-XQ2030B, a 30,000-lumen 4K projector combining high-impact performance with a compact, lightweight chassis. Visitors will be able to explore how projection can support applications ranging from visitor attractions and live events to immersive rooms, mapped surfaces and simulation, offering flexibility where traditional displays cannot provide the required scale or format.

LG Electronics will focus on technologies including webOS, all-in-one LED and Procentric, exploring how connected display ecosystems can support more engaging retail and hospitality experiences while helping organisations address content management, energy efficiency and operational costs. AI-powered displays and sustainability will also form part of the conversation.

Neat will focus on meeting equity and reducing friction in hybrid collaboration, with demonstrations of the Neat Center Companion and the Neat Board and Neat Bar portfolio. Neat Pulse and Neat Open will also feature, giving visitors the opportunity to explore approaches to central device management, monitoring and flexible workflows.

For organisations managing large and distributed digital signage estates, BrightSign will demonstrate sensor-driven interactivity, practical edge AI, remote device management and synchronised display experiences. The showcase will explore how signage can respond to audiences in real time while allowing teams to manage networks centrally and reduce the operational burden associated with maintaining multiple sites.

Legrand | AV will demonstrate its wider ecosystem spanning mounting, power, networking and collaboration technology. Its showcase will include Vaddio SpeakerVIEW intelligent camera tracking, Chief Forum Floor mounting solutions for large displays, Middle Atlantic Intelligent Power for remote monitoring and energy optimisation, and Luxul networking for modern AV-over-IP environments.

Sony will showcase its new S Series Crystal LED, A Series SRG cameras, P-Series 4K professional displays and new all-in-one technology. The solutions are designed to address the need for customers to make better use of their available budget, space and technology, with applications across corporate environments, education, retail and stadia.

Rachel Curson, experience and events manager at Midwich UK&I, said: “Customers are asking increasingly challenging questions about the technology they invest in. They want to know how it will save time, reduce complexity, improve experiences, support sustainability goals and deliver value long after installation.

“Tech Xpo is an opportunity to move those conversations beyond the brochure. Visitors can see the technology in action, meet the people behind it and discuss how these solutions could apply to real customer projects.”

Tech Xpo is free to attend at Ascot Racecourse on 21-22 October 2026.
