Yango Ads Partners With Flyby for Mobile DOOH on Dubai Delivery Vans

Yango Ads has struck a deal with UAE-German adtech firm Flyby Advertising to sell advertising space on digital screens mounted to delivery vehicles across the UAE. The tie-up gives Yango Ads' advertiser base access to a mobile out-of-home network that operates outside the fixed-location model most DOOH buyers are used to.
Flyby's product is a "Smart Delivery Box," a screen and connected hardware unit fitted to delivery vehicles that displays ads as the vehicles move through neighborhoods, commercial districts and busy urban corridors. According to the release, the network currently runs in Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Jumeirah Beach Residence and Bluewaters.
For operators and media owners watching the DOOH space, this is another entrant in the growing mobile and vehicle-based advertising category, which has been expanding globally as companies look for inventory in areas underserved by traditional billboards and roadside screens. Flyby's pitch, per the companies, is that delivery routes reach residential and commercial streets that lack conventional outdoor ad infrastructure, effectively creating ad inventory in places static screens cannot easily be installed or permitted.
Flyby says its platform supports location- and time-based targeting, letting advertisers control when and where their creative appears based on the vehicle's position and route. That is consistent with the broader pitch of mobile DOOH vendors: screens that travel become addressable inventory tied to GPS data rather than fixed sites tied to foot traffic counts.
What the deal actually changes
The commercial logic here is straightforward. Yango Ads, the ad-tech arm of Yango Group, brings advertiser relationships and a commercial sales network. Flyby brings the hardware and the moving screens. Yango Ads can now add Flyby's vehicle network to its inventory mix and offer it to international clients, extending its DOOH offering beyond whatever fixed or digital channels it already sells.
Evgenii Pavlov, Yango Ads' General Manager for the Middle East and Africa, described the partnership as a way to grow the mobile DOOH format and bring it to more brands. Saher Khattab, Flyby's Head of Advertising, framed it as combining Yango Ads' network with Flyby's display technology.
What is missing from the announcement is scale. The companies have not disclosed how many vehicles or screens are in the network, nor any financial terms of the agreement. Without a vehicle count, it is hard for buyers or competing media owners to gauge how much reach this actually represents compared to fixed DOOH networks already operating in Dubai. The release also does not specify screen size, resolution, content management setup, or how campaigns are measured beyond the mention of location- and time-based targeting.

Yango Ads is adding Flyby's delivery vehicle-mounted digital screens to its advertising offering in the UAE, giving brands access to mobile DooH campaigns with location- and time-based targeting.
Yango Ads, the advertising technology division of Yango Group, has partnered with UAE-German Adtech company Flyby Advertising to expand mobile digital out-of-home advertising opportunities in the United Arab Emirates.
The agreement combines Yango Ads’ advertiser relationships and commercial network with Flyby’s digital advertising screens mounted on delivery vehicles.
Flyby’s Smart Delivery Boxes turn delivery vehicles into moving digital billboards. Equipped with digital screens and connected technology, the boxes display advertising as vehicles travel through residential neighborhoods, commercial districts and busy urban areas.
The network operates in Dubai locations including Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Jumeirah Beach Residence and Bluewaters.
Unlike conventional DooH installations at fixed locations, Flyby’s screens move along delivery routes, bringing advertising into neighborhoods and streets that may have limited traditional outdoor advertising infrastructure.
Flyby’s Adtech platform supports location- and time-based campaigns, allowing advertisers to adjust when and where their messages appear.
Through the agreement, Yango Ads can offer the mobile network to its international advertising clients, extending campaigns beyond its existing advertising channels.
Evgenii Pavlov, General Manager for Yango Ads in the Middle East and Africa, said the companies see opportunities to develop the format and introduce it to more advertisers.
“That’s what we’re doing with Flyby: bringing a bold new advertising format to more brands and helping it grow,” Pavlov said.
Saher Khattab, Head of Advertising at Flyby, said the collaboration combines Yango Ads’ advertising network with Flyby’s mobile display technology.
The companies have not disclosed the number of vehicles or screens in the network, nor have they provided details about the financial terms of the agreement.
