Yodeck says it will exhibit at InfoComm 2026, running June 17 to 19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, booth C6135. The company is using the show to demonstrate a batch of platform updates aimed squarely at AV integrators, managed service providers and IT resellers who deploy screens across multiple locations.

The headline item is a rebuilt Windows Player. According to Yodeck, the new version supports full 4K output and interactivity, and runs on any Windows hardware, including devices with mobile CPUs. For operators running mixed fleets, that widens the pool of hardware that can drive a Yodeck deployment without needing dedicated media player boxes.

The rest of the update list is about pulling business software onto screens rather than treating signage as a standalone display channel. Yodeck lists:

  • SharePoint Playlist: syncs playlist content automatically from a linked SharePoint folder
  • Salesforce Dashboards: puts live Salesforce data on screen
  • Qlik App: displays live business data feeds
  • Webhooks via the Yodeck API: event-driven integrations without polling
  • Background Audio for Playlists: continuous audio while other content rotates
  • Adobe Express App: direct export from Adobe Express to Yodeck
  • HubSpot Deals App: surfaces closed deals on screen
  • Microsoft Planner App: displays Planner boards with sync via Microsoft's API

What this means for integrators

None of these features are unique to signage as a category. CMS platforms competing for the same office and workplace-communications use case, including ScreenCloud and Rise Vision, have pushed similar business-app and data-dashboard integrations over the past couple of years. What Yodeck is betting on, according to its own framing, is that bundling these connectors into its core platform makes signage easier to sell as a recurring service rather than a one-time hardware install.

The company says it has more than 900 partners in over 135 countries and is positioning its partner program, which includes a dedicated account manager and sales materials, as the mechanism for integrators to turn screen deployments into subscription revenue. The announcement does not say what these integrations cost, whether they require a specific Yodeck plan tier, or how many customers are currently using them.

For readers not attending InfoComm, the practical takeaway is the Windows Player rebuild and the broadening integration list, both of which extend Yodeck's pitch beyond media playback and into general business-data display, an area where it now competes more directly with workplace communication tools as well as traditional signage CMS vendors.

June 17–19 · Las Vegas Convention Center · Booth C6135

We’re coming to Las Vegas. Yodeck will be at InfoComm 2026, the world’s largest professional AV trade show, from June 17 to 19 at booth C6135 in the Las Vegas Convention Center.

If you install screens, manage AV systems, or run a managed services operation, this is the place to be. And we want to see you there.

InfoComm is where the AV industry does business. More than 30,000 AV professionals from 110+ countries come together to see what’s new, meet vendors, and make decisions. For Yodeck, it’s the single best opportunity of the year to meet the people we build for: AV integrators, MSPs, and IT resellers who deploy screens for multi-location businesses.

The conversations at InfoComm are different. Attendees come with intent. They’re looking for solutions to add to their portfolio, not browsing. That’s the environment we’re here for.

Come and see the Yodeck platform live. We’ll be running demos built specifically for AV integrators, MSPs, and IT resellers, showing how multi-location screen management, layout building, and content scheduling work in practice for your kind of deployments.

We’re also showing some of what we’ve shipped in 2026:

Windows Player: Rebuilt from the ground up, with full 4K and interactivity support, compatible with any Windows hardware, including mobile CPUs.

SharePoint Playlist: Link a SharePoint folder and your playlist content syncs automatically, avoiding manual updates.

Salesforce Dashboards: Display live Salesforce data directly on screens.

Qlik App: Turn live business data into always-visible insights across offices and operations floors.

Webhooks via the Yodeck API: Real-time event-driven integrations without polling.

Background Audio for Playlists: Continuous audio while images, videos, and web apps rotate.

Adobe Express App: Export directly from Adobe Express to Yodeck. Design to screen, faster.

HubSpot Deals App: Celebrate closed deals on screen. Keep sales teams motivated and results visible.

Microsoft Planner App: Display Planner boards on screens with live sync via secure Microsoft API.

The direction is clear: Yodeck is becoming the platform that connects the tools your clients already use (their CRMs, productivity suites, HR systems, data dashboards) and puts that information on screen.

That means more value in every deployment and an easier conversation when it comes to recurring services.

Whether you install AV systems, manage IT infrastructure, or deliver ongoing managed services, Yodeck adds a SaaS layer on top of the hardware you already work with. Every screen you deploy becomes a subscription, and that subscription is yours to own as recurring revenue.

With 900+ partners in 135+ countries , the Yodeck partner program is built around one goal: Helping you grow. That means a dedicated account manager, ready-made sales collateral, and a platform that evolves every six weeks. If you’re interested in the program, this is the right moment.
